Here’s our FAST, SIMPLE Step-by-Step Process To Collecting Your Rebate
- Obtain the original rebate offer usually available from the retailer or manufacturer.
We must have a copy for us to process your rebate. - Fill out all necessary forms that the manufacturer/retailer is requesting.
Most often, you will need the original receipt and the original UPC or
barcode from your products. - Fill out the RebateRemedy Information & Assignment Forms, which
allow us to process your rebate. - Gather all the items listed above and mail them to us at:

ALL THE ITEMS LISTED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO PROCESS YOUR REBATE AND MUST BE POSTMARKED 10 DAYS. PRIOR TO THE REBATE EXPIRATION DATE.*
If you have already submitted your rebate to another company/clearinghouse other than
RebateRemedy, then unfortunately we cannot help you at this time. You must submit your rebate to us and NOT the company/clearinghouse stated on the rebate to use our service.
WE CANNOT PROCESS REBATES THAT ARE CREDITED TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT.**
*Please read the rebate form carefully once your product is purchased. Rebate Remedy requires all of the same original material that the manufacturer does. Failure to send in the proper material will delay your payment. Also, it is a good idea to make a photo copy of everything for your records.
**For example, if your rebate will be applied as a credit to you next cable, satellite or phone bill, we cannot process these at this time.
